Relating to motorcycles at traffic signals: allows a
motorcycle to proceed with caution through a left turn signal that does
not respond to the motorcycle, after waiting a complete cycle of the
signal (to see that it is not registering the presence of the
motorcycle); does not relieve motorcyclist of other rules of the road!
